Design Services: Modular Commercial

HWC has full time, on-staff design professionals to provide any type of modular building design service. Engineers or architects are available to prepare designs for floor plans, fire safety layouts, electrical, mechanical, structural, barrier free design, energy compliance, etc. regardless of occupancy (offices, classrooms, prisons, residential, churches, medical, etc.) and regardless of size (12' X 40' construction office to 60,000 square foot apartment complexes). HWC can provide complete design services.

HWC maintains a continually up-dated computer system with custom designed programs which provide fast, accurate structural calculations. The precision of HWC's analysis allows identification of the most economical construction materials needed to meet code requirements.
